We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a holistic, client-centered environment where your expertise will help empower women on their path to healing. New grads are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive massage therapy assessments and treatments for clients referred directly for RMT services
- Contribute to a collaborative care plan by communicating treatment goals and progress with the wider rehabilitation team
- Utilize a variety of manual techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage, to address pain, mobility restrictions, and wellness goals
- Educate clients on self-care strategies, posture, and movement patterns to support long-term health and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment notes, and client progress in compliance with CMTO standards
- Foster a warm, welcoming environment that exceeds client expectations and supports their holistic wellness journey
Requirements
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) or equivalent
- Diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as an integrated member of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to exceeding client expectations through professional, empathetic care
- Bonus: Certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
