NOW HIRING – CCTV & Access Control Technician (Installation and Service)

What you’ll do:
- Install, configure, and maintain video surveillance & access control systems
- Upgrade and service security & automation systems
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve on site
- Travel to customer sites in Calgary and surrounding areas (company vehicle after probation)
- Train clients on system operation and maintenance
- Document service activities accurately
- Work independently and collaborate with other technicians to deliver excellent customer care and project efficiency
What you bring:
- 2+ years’ experience installing and servicing CCTV or access control systems
- Field experience running wires, connecting devices, and basic programming
- Interest and aptitude for electronics, computer networking, and system integration
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and independence
- High School Diploma, fluent English, valid Driver’s License, and clear criminal record
