CREDIT REPRESENTATIVE
One Year Contract
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing an assigned collection portfolio which encompasses: contacting Clients for payment of outstanding receivables; monitoring and releasing open orders on a daily basis.
- Apply incoming payments as needed.
- Provide coverage for Team members as required.
- Participate in daily Departmental tasks.
- Learn all Departmental tasks for full cross coverage abilities.
Successful Candidate Must Have the Following Skills:
Personal Skills and Abilities: Positive and confident professional demeanour; strong communications skills, both written & verbal, ability to multi-task in a well-organized manner; impeccable attention to detail; ability to prioritize and adapt to changing requirements; personable with an ability to form relationships and encourage cooperation without having the authority over such. Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
Functional Experience, Skills and Abilities: 2 - 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit preferred. Must be fluent in Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience in AS400 an asset, but not required.
Advantages:
