As a OSR Rental Center Manager, you are the face of the Onsite Rentals experience. You will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the rental location, ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional, every piece of equipment is rental‑ready, and the business operates efficiently, safely, and profitably.
This is a highly customer‑facing, sales‑oriented role with a strong focus on engagement, relationship‑building, and delivering a best‑in‑class rental experience. You’ll work closely with Mobile Field Technicians and store stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and strong operational performance.

Customer Experience & Sales

Rental Operations

Ensure all equipment is rental‑ready, clean, and staged

Manage reservations, pickups, and returns with precision

Turn equipment quickly to maximize utilization and revenue

Monitor fleet status and coordinate with field technicians as needed

Maintain accurate system data and transaction records
Store Performance & Profitability

Drive revenue through strong customer engagement and conversion

Support pricing execution and upselling opportunities

Manage daily workflows for efficiency and throughput

Maintain high standards for store presentation and organization
Safety & Compliance

Maintain a clean and safe rental environment

Ensure proper handling of equipment and customer transactions

Follow all OSR operational and safety procedures
Collaboration

Partner closely with store associates and Mobile Field Technicians to ensure fleet uptime

Work cross‑functionally with store stakeholders to deliver seamless service

Communicate clearly across teams to resolve issues and improve execution

2–5 years of customer‑facing experience (retail, rental, construction, or similar)

Basic knowledge of tools and compact equipment preferred

Strong sales orientation with a customer‑first mindset

Base Salary: CAD $55,000 – $60,000
