Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various products and surfaces, ensuring high-quality standards and safety compliance. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking to ensure proper paint adhesion
- Apply primers, paints, stains, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Operate machinery such as scissor lift or forklifts when necessary for material handling
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform surface preparation and finishing tasks
- Follow safety protocols related to the use of chemicals, equipment, and working at heights
- Conduct inspections to ensure finishes meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean work area and properly store tools and materials
- Assist with assembly or machining tasks as needed within the manufacturing process
- Adhere to lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in machining or assembly processes
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, cranes, and forklifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
