We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the financial management of the 125th Armstrong IPE & Stampede, taking place September 2- 6.
Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Proficiency with Sage 50, including the payroll module.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven integrity and the ability to responsibly manage significant financial transactions.
A successful bookkeeper requires much more than technical knowledge. The role demands accuracy, organization, discretion, trustworthiness, and strong communication skills to be a good fit for our organization's needs.
As we get closer to the event, availability may need to increase to support deposits, payments, budget tracking, reporting, and financial coordination.
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

- Payroll: 2 years (required)
