Key Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and commercial construction projects
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Prepare and clean work sites
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople as required
- Perform general labour duties including lifting, carrying, digging, and site preparation
- Follow company safety procedures and site regulations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labour experience is considered an asset but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
- Valid driver's licence is considered an asset
