Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant team in Streetsville. This role is vital in delivering exceptional patient service and supporting our mission to enhance smiles and improve lives.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using Tracker.
- Handle multi-line phone systems to assist patients and coordinate with team members.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with billing, insurance claims, and patient inquiries.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and care.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure excellent patient experiences.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a dental receptionist.
- Proficiency with Tracker or other dentally related software.
- Strong knowledge of dental codes, procedures &l terminology.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
