Key City Gymnastics Club is seeking a passionate Gymnastics Coach to instruct and support gymnasts while helping guide our growing recreational and competitive gymnastics programs. About the Role
As a Key City Gymnastics coach, you will:
- Assist with and coach in our recreational and competitive programs
- Oversee program planning, class structure, and curriculum development
- Coach athletes of various ages and levels
- Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with club leadership on program growth and community outreach
- Help shape the future of the club through creativity and leadership

What We’re Looking For
- NCCP Gymnastics Foundations or Comp 1 Certification (or willingness to complete)
- Experience coaching recreational and competitive gymnastics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and building community
- Creativity, positivity, and a growth mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and athletes
