Looking for 2 candidates - experience an asset but not required.
- Do you have Heavy Duty Truck and Trailer Parts experience as well as Industrial parts experience?
- Responsibilities:
- Increases sales and decreases obsolete stock by making suggestions on parts, up-selling products, advising customers on product applications.
- Stocks shelves and reporting stock levels.
- Participate in annual parts inventories.
- Sources parts for select customers.
- Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of heavy-duty truck & trailer parts/industrial parts (or related industry i.e. auto, agriculture) experience to ensure the ability to identify parts.
- Customer service focus & ability to build relationships.
- Strong numbers orientation, attention to detail
- Organized, sets priorities, meets deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn in-house systems.
- Prior parts sourcing or purchasing of products an asset.
- Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
- Mechanical aptitude demonstrated through informal automotive/truck mechanical experience a definite asset.
- Must be willing to be on On-Call/Weekend rotation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
