Summary
Your role as a Bartender is vital in creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Located in the Byward Market, this position is fast paced and perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy. We take pride in the service we give our guests. As a bartender, you are expected to deliver cocktails complete to spec, and have comprehensive knowledge of our cocktails.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage cash and card transactions accurately.
- Follow food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Restock bar supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications include:
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of POS systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Smart Serve required.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Hospitality or food service experience is highly valued.
