Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Managing Consultant to lead complex projects and drive impactful solutions for our clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in management consulting, business analysis, and change management. The Senior Managing Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on process improvements, organizational transformation, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large-scale consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive business strategies by conducting thorough research and analysis of client operations, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure sustainable improvements.
- Manage project teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, presenting insights, and recommending actionable solutions.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting client engagement activities.
- Conduct process assessments and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, or increase productivity.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Experience
- Proven business development experience with a track record of expanding client portfolios and securing new engagements.
- Extensive management consulting experience across various industries or sectors.
- Strong background in business analysis, project management, and process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management strategies that facilitate organizational change effectively.
- Experience conducting research, data analysis, and synthesizing insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Prior leadership roles involving managing cross-functional teams or large-scale projects are preferred.

Pay: $185,478.48-$194,375.07 per year
