What You'll Do:
Create the Forno Cultura Experience
- Keep the shop looking beautiful, organized, and true to the Forno Cultura brand.
- Set up and maintain product displays that showcase our breads, pastries, and retail offerings.
- Ensure product labels, pricing, and signage are accurate and easy to navigate.
- Maintain a clean, inviting space for guests and team members.
Deliver Outstanding Hospitality
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Guide guests through our menu and share product recommendations with confidence.
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to Forno Cultura standards.
- Create memorable guest experiences through attentive, personalized service.
- Resolve guest concerns thoughtfully and professionally.
Collaborate as a Team
- Support your teammates during busy service periods and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training to build your product knowledge and hospitality skills.
- Stay connected through Slack, email, and team communications.
Keep Operations Running Smoothly
- Accurately process transactions through our POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and communicate supply needs.
- Follow opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures.
- Adhere to food safety and workplace safety standards at all times.
