Job Description
Whistler Welding Services is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our construction and structural steel projects.This role is ideal for someone organized and motivated who wants to grow into a Project Manager role. You’ll work closely with our PMs, shop, and field crews to help keep projects on track.No steel experience is required, and training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers on active construction projects
- Coordinate materials, schedules, and project documentation
- Track job costs, labour hours, and basic project data
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Assist with purchasing and delivery coordination
Requirements
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (email, phone, team coordination)
- Comfortable using Excel and basic computer systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in construction, trades, or project coordination is an asset
