Job Summary
We are currently hiring Night Shift Production Workers to support our blueberry processing operations during peak season (July–August). These positions are essential to the success of our harvest and production targets. Production Workers will play a key role on the floor, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
Please note: This is a mandatory night shift position. Shifts begin around 5:00 PM and may extend into early morning hours (8-10 hour shifts). Employees must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, based on production demands.

- Report to work on time and prepared for the full shift
- Complete assigned production tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing needs, including shift extensions or role adjustments
- Uphold health, safety, and quality standards at all times
Additional Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work various days and extended hours as needed throughout the peak season
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility for evening shifts
