Job Summary:
Elite Brush Co. is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Painting & Epoxy Installers. No extensive experience is required, but previous experience is wanted — we value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You’ll assist with residential painting and epoxy flooring projects, gaining hands-on experience in surface prep, painting, and epoxy application.
Key Duties:
- Prepare surfaces and assist with residential painting (brush, roller, or spray)
- Help grind, prep, and install epoxy flooring, including flake systems
- Learn proper finishing techniques to ensure high-quality results
- Maintain clean and safe workspaces
- Work alongside experienced team members and learn on the job
