We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Decorator / helper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and cohesive environments that enhance guest experiences across various settings including restaurants, hotels, and event spaces. This role requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and excellent customer service to ensure each project aligns with client expectations and brand standards. The Decorator will collaborate closely with management to develop design concepts, select appropriate decor elements, and execute decorating plans efficiently.
Duties
- Develop and present design concepts that align with client needs.
- Implement decorating projects in accordance with approved plans and timelines
- Assist in setting up themed environments for special events or seasonal displays
- Provide exceptional guest services by ensuring the decor enhances overall guest experience
- Maintain organizational records of decor inventory, orders, and project timelines
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clear understanding of project scope and expectations
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
- Must have his own reliable transport to commute.
- Must be able and willing to take decor items to and fro from the truck. Setup and take the decor down as instructed.
Experience
- Prior experience in decoration is highly desirable
- Strong background in guest services enhances the ability to create engaging environments
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with effective time management are required to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working within budgets and managing resources efficiently is preferred

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
