As an ISO 9000 and R2 certified Company, our partner brands include Microsoft, Hp, Dell, Lenovo, Samsung to name a few. Conveniently located in Alberta, we are looking for an experienced “Production Worker with IT-repair background” with a positive attitude to join our team.
Your Responsibilities!
- Drive sales and support E-Commerce programs, marketing activation, prepare and implement content improvements that drive sales and market share across key accounts.
- Properly receive, sort and store electronic components in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Assemble, disassemble or refurbish computers - conduct repairs where economically feasible.
- Clean the units from any glue stains, stickers, or dust if needed.
- Maintain regular and accurate documentation on the inventory database.
- Follow all workplace safety policies and compliance regulations.
- Keep work area neat and orderly at all times per safety standards.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Other general warehouse duties may be assigned.
Qualifications & Abilities!
- At least High School diploma or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience working with desktops, laptops and other IT/electronic devices.
- A+ Certification a definite asset.
- Able to safely lift up to 30-50 lb. repetitively.
- Functional knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain compliance with WHMIS 2015 and Occupation Health and Safety requirements.
- Good communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and write English.
