What Our Telecommunications Sales Representatives Do:
- Conduct follow-ups on prequalified leads while introducing available telecommunications and home service solutions
- Educate customers on services that may improve convenience, connectivity, and everyday value
- Build positive customer relationships through professional, informative, and solution-focused conversations
- Guide customer interactions from introduction through completed sales while maintaining strong professionalism and integrity
- Balance time between office meetings and field work within assigned areas
- Stay organized with daily activity, follow-ups, and individual performance goals
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing development opportunities
You Are a Strong Fit If You:
- Have previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, communications, sports, labour, or another people-focused environment (considered an asset, but not required)
- Have full-time availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Enjoy working with people and communicating face-to-face
- Bring a goal-oriented mindset and stay motivated while working toward performance targets
- Are self-driven, dependable, and able to manage your time effectively
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are open to learning and developing through ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Access to a personal vehicle is considered an asset, though transportation to and from assigned territories can be provided when needed
