Responsibilities
- Remove and install tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation levels
- Perform wheel balancing, alignment, and rotation services
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and basic automotive repairs as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services and recommendations clearly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires and wheels safely during service procedures
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on tire equipment and tools to ensure optimal operation
Requirements
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred, but not mandatory
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems, tires, and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and tire mounting equipment
- Ability to lift heavy tires and wheels safely (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
