Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in accordance with our restaurant’s standards, ensuring food safety and quality at all times. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the food industry are essential. The position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence.
This position is seasonal with some opportunity for limited work during the offseason. The Season runs from April until October.
Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards

Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients

Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts

Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours

Follow proper storage procedures for ingredients and leftovers

Adhere to food safety protocols to prevent contamination or spoilage

Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Qualifications
