Position Summary:
John Bear Buick GMC is seeking a hard-working, self-motivated Body Shop Painter to join our body shop team at our St. Catharines dealership.
Remuneration is flat rate with a potential to earn $60,000 to $90,000+
Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles to be painted, including sanding, masking, priming, etc.
Painting/refinishing of vehicles/parts
Ensure finished product meets company and/or customer quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ensure compliance of company safety procedures
Perform other assignments as directed
Qualifications:
Automotive paint experience required
Must be able to mix and match paint
Ability to operate painting equipment
Must be capable of producing an acceptable amount of production with acceptable quality level
Ability to carry out specified work procedures
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
