Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, and ventilation units.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Diagnose issues with HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals to identify problems effectively.
- Perform appliance repairs related to HVAC systems as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete complex installations or repairs that may require welding or plumbing skills.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used for each job.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience in appliance repair, welding, plumbing, or building is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed.

Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour

- HVAC: 2 years (preferred)
