About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and motivatingTransformation Coach to guide our clients throughout their transformation journey.
You’ll create personalized home workout programs, provide practical nutrition coaching, and keep clients accountable through regular check-ins to help them achieve outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Develop customized home workout programs using body weight and resistance bands.
- Create personalized nutrition plans and make ongoing adjustments based on client progress.
- Conduct weekly 20–30 minute Zoom accountability sessions.
- Monitor client progress, answer questions, and provide motivation and support.
- Review body composition results and update fitness and nutrition plans accordingly.
- Work closely with our clinic team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (required).
- Nutrition certification and proven experience providing nutrition coaching (required).
- Excellent communication and motivational coaching skills.
- Passion for helping people achieve lasting body transformations.
- Comfortable conducting virtual coaching sessions via Zoom.
- Organized, reliable, and professional.
