Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced <PERSON>/Manager to oversee daily operations within our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a deep understanding of food safety and hospitality standards. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food preparation standards to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Duties
- Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and kitchen personnel, ensuring efficient team management and service delivery
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency
- Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety protocols across all areas of the restaurant
- Coordinate daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling
- Train new team members on food safety, service standards, and operational procedures
- Monitor customer service levels to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations
- Lead by example in serving guests with professionalism and hospitality
Experience
- Supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
- Strong leadership skills with previous team management or restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices within the food industry
- Experience working in hospitality settings with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, restaurant workflows, and food industry regulations is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
