Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to develop and execute campaigns that enhance our online presence and drive engagement. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and analytical thinking to optimize our digital marketing efforts across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve targeted KPIs.
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms including social media(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, You tube etc.), email newsletters, and blogs.
- Utilize HTML and JavaScript for website updates and enhancements as needed.
- Oversee the management of our Square Space website and Jane Booking System, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date with relevant content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic design teams using Adobe tools to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to refine future efforts.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Develop networking partnership with influencer, local business and community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and e-commerce strategies.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, WordPress or Square space, and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong experience on SEO and SEM. Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
