- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques; prepare detailed report writing to document findings and recommend preventive measures.
- Collaborate with management to plan and schedule safety initiatives, drills, and emergency response procedures that promote a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training logs, inspection reports, and compliance documentation for regulatory audits.
Skills
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of occupational health practices.
- Expertise in report writing, incident investigation techniques, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Excellent training & development skills to educate staff on safety procedures and best practices.
- Strong planning abilities to coordinate safety initiatives effectively within production schedules.
- Knowledge of EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) policies with the ability to implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with regulatory agencies, management teams, and frontline workers. Pay: $41,234.83-$65,000.00 per year
