Allcard Limited is an industry-leading innovative manufacturing company specializing in plastic cards and paper-based packaging (Allcard Packaging). We are looking for an experienced Folder/Gluer Operator who will become an essential part of our team.
We need a reliable individual who pays close attention to detail and has mechanical aptitude. This operator will run and maintain the folder/gluer ensuring that production runs smoothly and maximizing efficiency.
This position is located at our Concord Facility.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible to set-up and operate the folder/gluer machine and all accessories to required specifications
- Coordinate machine set-up and ensure other workers and the packing end of the Gluer is prepared for start-up and operation
- Ensure the machine runs smoothly, problem solving as needed (jams, running speeds, etc).
- Conduct in-process inspections and make necessary adjustments to the machinery, reporting significant issues to the Manufacturing Supervisor
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and document appropriately
Knowledge and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- 3yrs experience running and maintaining a folder/gluer
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn
Monday to Friday
7AM to 3PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
