We are looking for a highly motivated Broker of Record who is excited about joining a new and dynamic brokerage and helping us build a strong, successful team.

Our easy-to-use platform connects prospective co-owners and supports them through every step of the process, including legal, financing, and real estate services.
Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an exciting start up environment and contribute directly to the success and expansion of the business.
Responsibilities
* Act as the official Broker of Record for the Brokerage
* Ensure compliance with TRESA and RECO requirements
* Supervise and support real estate agents and brokers
* Develop and implement brokerage policies and procedures
* Assist with recruiting, training and growing the sales team
* Work collaboratively with leadership to scale the business
*Foster a positive, innovative, and client focused culture
Qualifications
*Licensed Real Estate Broker in good standing with RECO
*Eligible to serve as Broker of Record in Ontario
*Strong understanding of TRESA and RECO regulations
*Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
*Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented
*Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about joining a growing company
