Shop Labourer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report to work on time daily with a positive attitude and optimistic outlook
- Comply with all company rules and regulations as outlined in the employee handbook
- Wear and respect the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and company issued uniforms at all times when on company grounds (yard and shop)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate shop equipment in a safe manner
- All tasks involved within the LWP line
- Production support processes (ie., grinding, painting, and palletizing).
- General 5s Tasks
- Complete production reports
- Communicate safety concerns to shop management
- All other tasks as assigned by the ship supervisor or Raptor management
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Steel toed boots
- Suitable attire for a shop environment
- Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Knowledge and respect of shop safety
- Able to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to lift 50lbs
Working Conditions:
- This role involves primarily working in the shop but could also involve spending time outdoors.

Job Type: Full-time
