Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and French to join our team immediately in, ON. This role involves sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms like Lever, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn to track applicant data and streamline recruitment workflows.
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and expectations.
- Coordinate interviews by scheduling with hiring teams and providing candidate preparation support.
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with selected candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Engage in research to identify new sourcing avenues and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Support employee relations initiatives and participate in training & development programs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within HRIS systems like ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, or Workday.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and French is essential for effective communication with diverse candidate pools.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources roles with familiarity using ATS (e.g., iCIMS, Lever) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research methods, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Salesforce or ADP is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales or lead generation activities is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
