Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and order processing
- Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service processes
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities, particularly bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Experience with upselling techniques and sales strategies is a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and excellent interpersonal skills
