Your days will include:
- Running weekly reports and validating captured data
- Reviewing and validating 3rd party quotes prior to processing
- Primary resource for incoming calls
- Creating scheduling for fleet shop and 3rd party shop for all divisions
- Coordinating daily activities for inventory stored at fleet maintenance
- Working in conjunction with other departments to ensure the maintenance needs of the fleet are being met
- Supporting Administrative Assistant with Fleet Maintenance work
- Willingness to cross-train in administrative and fleet coordination functions to support operational coverage and team development
- Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation schedule as required
- Other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Great Plains considered an asset
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical knowledge / understanding considered an asset
- Ability to adapt and support multiple operational and administrative functions as business needs evolve
- Minimum Grade 12
