Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in staffing agency environments to join our dynamic human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various industries, utilizing advanced recruiting tools and techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and proficiency with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS). The HR Recruiter will play a vital part in building strong candidate pipelines and maintaining positive employee relations through effective sourcing and engagement strategies.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing needs across multiple departments.
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research, and lead generation to identify potential candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and negotiate offers to secure top talent.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, and others to ensure accurate candidate data management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing methods and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
- Support employee relations initiatives by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in training & development programs to stay current with industry best practices in recruiting and human resources trends.
- Engage in research activities to identify emerging recruitment channels and innovative sourcing techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter within a staffing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in using ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, Salesforce, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, and PeopleSoft for candidate management.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and talent acquisition tools including HR sourcing strategies, cold calling, lead generation, and research methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate fit for various roles across industries.
- Familiarity with employee relations practices and training & development initiatives is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
