Role Overview
· Deliver primary and ongoing care to LTC residents
· Manage chronic and complex co-morbidities
· Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
· Participate in quality improvement and clinical leadership initiatives
· Approximately 70% clinical / 30% education, leadership, and quality improvement
Requirements
· Completion of a recognized NP program
· Current Extended Class registration with the CNO
· Liability coverage
· Vulnerable sector check
· Strong communication and independent clinical judgment
