Mint Asset Management is seeking a CMRAO General Licensed Condominium Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium communities in the GTA. This is a new role as Mint expands into the condominium management sector, offering a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to help shape internal condominium management policies, operational standards, and best practices while working closely with condominium boards.
Mint Asset Management is a growing North American property management firm operating across Canada and the United States. We manage residential, commercial, and condominium communities with a focus on transparency, operational efficiency, and long-term asset value.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between residents, boards of directors, and internal teams, ensuring effective day-to-day operations, sound financial oversight, and full compliance with Ontario condominium regulations.
This role requires a valid General Licence issued by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, acting as the primary point of contact for residents, owners, and other internal team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, leveraging these connections to help introduce new condominium corporations to Mint’s management portfolio
- Manage financial operations including financial reporting and arrears monitoring
- Ensure full compliance with the legal requirements, including handling sensitive tenant communications and legal notices
- Improve operational efficiency by reviewing and optimizing internal processes, , monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with accounting and operations teams to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- CMRAO General Licence (required and must be in good standing)
- Strong knowledge of Ontario legislation and governance
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
