We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise systems, with a focus on product configurator within EPICOR ERP, C# programming, and website/intranet development. This position is an on-site position at our world headquarters in Windsor, Ontario with some hybrid flexibility working day shift hours.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand system requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Lead the completion of our product configurator within EPICOR ERP.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using EPICOR ERP, C# programming, and other relevant technologies.
- Customize and configure EPICOR ERP modules to meet business needs, including but not limited to financials, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer relationship management.
- Develop and maintain web applications, websites, and intranet portals using modern web development technologies.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, performance, and accuracy of the implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical support to other areas of the business.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality and performance.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions to business operations.
- Document system configurations, technical specifications, and user manuals for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, with a focus on EPICOR ERP, C# programming, and web development.
- Strong proficiency in EPICOR ERP implementation and customization, including working with various modules and integrating them with external systems.
- Experience in developing web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Solid understanding of database design concepts and experience working with SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP) and API integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- EPICOR ERP certification and relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
