Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Lead Hand to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. This role involves assisting the Foreman in leading a crew and executing commercial landscape construction projects safely and on schedule.
Duties
- Help organize, motivate, and support the crew to hit production and quality targets.
- Perform and coach hardscape and softscape construction tasks (grading, retaining walls, patios, and planting).
- Operate tools and equipment (skid steers, compactors, power tools) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites every day.
- Communicate clearly with crew and management
Experience
- 2 years of landscape construction experience, hardscape and softscape.
- Experience driving heavy equipment including skid steers and excavators
- Ability to read plans, solve on-site challenges, and work with minimal direction.
- Prioritizes and implements employee safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
