As a DZ Driver, you won’t just be transporting materials. You’ll play a critical role in supporting daily operations, ensuring safe deliveries, and representing Xylem with professionalism at every customer site. This is a role for someone who values responsibility, teamwork, and doing the job right the first time.

Your work directly supports customers, technicians, and facility performance

Safely operate DZ‑class vehicles in compliance with all company and DOT regulations

Perform local deliveries and pickups while maintaining on‑time performance

Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

Load, unload, secure, and transport materials safely and efficiently

Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs

Interact professionally with customers, warehouse staff, and operations teams

Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies at all times

Support warehouse or operational activities as needed
You’ll support Mississauga operations, working closely with warehouse, service, and logistics teams to ensure materials and equipment are delivered safely, on time, and without disruption to daily operations.

Valid DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience operating straight trucks or similar commercial vehicles

Strong understanding of safety procedures and defensive driving

Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials as required

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
