Company Introduction
T&T Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 37 stores across the country: 14 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 14 in Ontario, and 2 in Quebec. The Company’s continuous expansion is going to bring more new stores in the next couple of years.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Promotion Manager, the Promotion Coordinator is responsible for assisting and coordinating promotion activities for all stores in the region, as well as providing assistance to the Stores, the manager and the team in compiling reports and performing data maintenance in any merchandising issues.
You Will
- Perform data maintenance and ensure data integrity; create reports as required.
- Provide administrative support to the team by working closely with the buyer, shipping, and warehouse departments in data maintenance, promotion maintenance, deliveries, pick-up schedules, and verifying product information such as UPC, packing, and size.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the manager.
You Should Have / Be
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- With hands-on experience in provide administrative support in a fast-paced commercial environment is required.
- Proficient in using Windows applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple assignments promptly and accurately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset.
