Road Armour is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Foreman to help lead our growing construction and property maintenance company.
This is not simply a crew leader position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, develop teams, improve operations, and play a key role in the future growth of the company.
Our services include:
- Asphalt paving and patching
- Asphalt crack filling and seal coating
- Concrete repair and restoration
- Commercial snow and ice management
- Site preparation and general construction services
What You'll Do
- Lead daily field operations and oversee project execution
- Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and job schedules
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Train and mentor new employees
- Conduct site assessments and assist with project planning
- Maintain quality control on all projects
- Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers
- Assist with estimating, scheduling, and operational improvements
- Participate in winter snow and ice management operations
What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience leading crews in construction, paving, concrete, landscaping, snow removal, or related industries
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license
- Experience operating equipment is an asset
- Reliable, accountable, and self-motivated

Pay: $68,000.00-$82,500.00 per year
