Position Summary
TEAM Industrial Services is expanding in Saint John, New Brunswick, and with our newly opened local office, we are seeking Certified Exposure Device Operators (CEDOs) to support upcoming Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection work in the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced radiation professionals to join a growing team, contribute to critical industrial projects, and establish long-term, local career stability. Candidates with rope access capabilities will be highly valued as we continue to expand our integrated service offerings.
Schedule: 4 days 10 hours. Nightshifts.
Shutdown Work | Project-based | Long-term and short-term assignments
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic inspection activities in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Operate exposure devices safely and effectively in industrial environments
- Support NDT inspection scopes across shutdowns, maintenance, and ongoing operations
- Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and client representatives to ensure efficient execution of work
- Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety procedures and company HSE policies
- Assist in job setup, equipment handling, and documentation as required
- Contribute to a strong team culture focused on safety, quality, and performance
Qualifications Required
- Valid CEDO (Certified Exposure Device Operator) certification
- Rope Access certification (IRATA) considered a strong asset
- Experience in shutdowns, refineries, or industrial inspection environments preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and proven safe work practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Preference given to candidates local to Saint John, NB
- Wages and benefits as per the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
