We’re growing and looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Junior Flexo Printing Press Operator to join our awesome team! If you’re mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and want to be part of a company where your work really matters, this might be the perfect fit.
Position Summary:
As one of our Junior Press Operators, you'll work with experienced press staff to help operate our Mark Andy Flexographic Presses. You’ll assist in setups, monitor print jobs, and ensure top-tier quality while growing your skills in a fast-paced production environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup and running of Mark Andy Flexographic Presses
- Monitor print jobs for quality and consistency
- Read and interpret job tickets and production instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with Press Operators and QA to meet production goals
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed
Education & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in a manufacturing or print setting (flexo preferred, but not required)
- Willingness to learn and grow in the flexo printing industry
Skills & Abilities:
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
