Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver packages and goods to designated locations, following all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Load, unload, and organize items using equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring proper handling of heavy or bulky items
- Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns professionally
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with company policies
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and inventory records throughout your shift
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to coordinate pickups, returns, or special delivery requests efficiently
Requirements
- Valid G License
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding logistics operations
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, load, unload, and move items over extended periods
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, reliability, and excellent customer service
