What You'll Do
- Create engaging, play based learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning
- Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through intentional teaching practices
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment
- Observe, document, and communicate children's growth and developmental progress
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values creativity, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Ensure all licensing, health, and safety standards are met
What We're Looking For
- Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate
- Current First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong understanding of child development and play based learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, dependable, and professional attitude
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth
- Ability to successfully complete all required background checks and licensing requirements

We believe in recognizing and rewarding the dedication of our educators. Compensation is competitive and is determined based on education, certifications, and relevant experience. All wage rates include the BC Early Childhood Educator Wage Enhancement.
