- Ability to work independently in a garden with the ability to distinguish weeds from plants
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently
- Manage landscaping tasks
- Knowledgeable of plant material ie. Annuals and Perennials
- Ability to use equipment ie. lawn mower, leaf blower and line trimmer
-Ability to Rake, Cultivate and shovel for extended periods of time
- Water and tend to planters, plants, lawns and/or gardens
- Apply fertilizer and other products to lawn and gardens
- Weed gardens, prune shrubs, deadhead perennials
- Planting of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees
- Spread soil, mulch, lay sod
