Well respected Mississauga company is seeking a skilled and dedicated Outside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with their existing clients and also create a strategy to target new clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service and sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse environment.
Base 90k plus commission Car allowance $600 per month and gas card/ Full Benefits
Responsibilities
Builds profitable, long-term relationships with customers, and ensure that these relationships are well managed
Developing and closing equipment sales in Ontario and the West end GTA
Expected to monitor the sales process from end to end, this may involve sales presentations
Manage the proposal process for inquiries.
Responsible for securing the information required to secure the new clients accounts and entering that into the CRM
Client follow ups, after initial contact to ensure the customer is satisfied
Ensuring incoming customer calls and e-mail requests are responded to in an organized, timely & efficient manner. Travel to various client locations as required
Qualifications
Territory sales experience in industrial and or technical sales equipment. Compressor experience an asset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple clients.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
BA Degree
Valid Passport.
This position is vital for maintaining high-quality service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert customer service and sales

- Rotating equipment; pumps, blowers, vacuum, hydraulics
- Industrial services: boilers, refrigeration, facility maintenance
- Equipment rental (Aggreko, Sunbelt, United Rentals industrial division)
- Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) or industrial distribution, with a clear new account development track record
- Track your own numbers: prospecting activity, PM conversion rates, pipeline stages, no handholding required
