Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming. Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replenish toiletries, and ensure all rooms are fully stocked and tidy.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of facilities.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team promptly.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
- Follow proper sanitation and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Support the team with deep cleaning projects and seasonal maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills in English for interacting with guests and team members.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
