Our company is looking for an experienced truck mechanic (310T) .
Job Requirements:
310T Licence Holder
Minimum 1 years of experience.
Must be self driven.
Reliable and punctual.
Job Duties
· Diagnosed and repair starting system in Trucks such as replacement of ignition switches, starter and relays etc.
· Replacing air & hydraulic brake components, air brake chambers, hubs, wheel bearings pumps and power steering boxes. PTO Pumps and hydraulic lines.
· Repairing and tune ups such as engine Rebuild, Replacing &Repairing all major engine components.
· Perform lubrication, oil changes, battery maintenance, tire changes, welding.
· Diagnose and repair of electrical system such as lights. Replacement of lights and electrical components.
· Troubleshoot and repair of HVAC system such as replacement of high- and low-pressure AC lines. Blower fan. Receiver dryer. Ac compressor. Expansion valves etc.
· Operate electronic testing equipment like vehicle diagnosing. Computer etc. Using Power and hand tools such as screw drivers. HVAC vacuum pumps and gauges. Battery testers, torque wrenches. Welding machine. Transmission jacks and impact wrenches.
· Maintain documentation of all types of repairs.
· Ability to work in a team and practicing work with health and safety rules.
· Perform visual fuel and oil leak inspection and repair those faults.
· Maintenance and adjustment of hitching component called as fifth wheel.
· Perform visual inspection and repair of exhaust system leakages. DPF and SCR system faults.
· Troubleshooting of automated and manual transmissions and replacement of faulty components. Replacement of clutch system components.
