Experienced Residential Painter – Full-Time Seasonal
$23–$50+/hr Performance-Based Pay

Job Overview
We're looking for experienced and motivated residential painters who can help keep projects moving efficiently while delivering a great experience for homeowners.
This role is ideal for someone with previous painting or hands-on labor experience who can work independently, communicate professionally, and take ownership on a job site.
You do not need to know everything. We can teach systems and techniques.
However, we're specifically looking for people who already have basic painting competencies and can step into projects with confidence.
What You'll Do
- Complete residential interior and exterior painting projects
- Perform preparation work including:
- Sanding
- Scraping
- Filling
- Masking
- Surface preparation
- Cut and roll walls, trim, siding, and other surfaces
- Safely work on ladders and at heights
- Help maintain project timelines and production goals
- Communicate daily progress and updates with homeowners
- Help maintain organized, clean, and professional job sites
- Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and keep projects moving
Requirements
Required:
- Previous painting experience OR related hands-on labor experience
- Basic understanding of:
- Surface preparation
- Cutting
- Rolling
- General job-site practices
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift and perform physical work outdoors
Preferred:
- Experience helping manage projects or maintain timelines
- Experience communicating with customers/clients
- Personal vehicle for transportation between job sites
